Bob and Barb did the initial research on the Sicotte family. We received their findings in July of 1984 and this information represents many hours of work. Back in the days before the internet, they did their research by visiting county clerks, libraries, churches, cemeteries, etc., and by using written correspondence. I have done most of my research (except for lately) sitting at the computer doing searches on various genealogy information sites. But, I started with the invaluable information collected and provided by Bob and Barb. Thanks again to both of them!
